WHY DO I DO THIS WORK
My time in the Army taught me invaluable lessons about leadership. I learned leadership happens long before someone gets a promotion or title. It happens in conversations, decisions, and moments when people choose to step up and master their current position. My passion is helping people realize their influence and lead with purpose, right where they are.
